About Us
We are a medical aesthetics skin studio specializing in overall skin wellness, medical grade skin care products, facials, chemical peels, brows, lashes, makeup and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Dr. delaRosa offers injections such as Botox and Jeuveau to help relax the facial muscles and in turn smooth fine lines and wrinkles. We also offer dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Versa, and Restylane to assist in achieving a more youthful and refreshed you.
Meet The Team
Hillary delaRosa, MD
Dr. Hillary received her medical degree at The University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed residency at Emory University. She has always loved the beauty of medicine and feels drawn to the art found within aesthetics. To further her education, she has trained in aesthetic procedures with several different specialists, including courses in Hollywood, CA, and is licensed to practice by the Alabama State Board of Medicine. She enjoys spending time with her family and investing in the Shoals community.
Callie Balentine, RN
Callie has been a nurse for almost 13 years, working in different fields, but has always had a passion for helping people. She graduated from the University of North Alabama School of Nursing and has a long-standing love for skincare and working in aesthetics is a dream! She loves combining fun and work to help people look and feel their best. Callie’s favorite procedure to offer is the Microneedling-Lumecca combo because the results leave the skin smoother, even, and glowing.
Brooke Beck, RN
Brooke graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has been a registered nurse for 18 years. Her extensive clinical background in plastic and cosmetic surgery is what made her fall in love with aesthetics! In 2023 she joined Complete Aesthetics Care as an aesthetic nurse and is trained in IV therapy, laser hair reduction, Subnovii and other laser treatments. She takes great pride in helping patients feel and look their best!
Morgan Alexander, LE
Morgan was born and raised in Florence, Alabama. She found her way into skin care in 2007 and finally became a Licensed Aesthetician in 2021. Her passion has always been serving others by helping them feel confident in their own skin. When she is not at work, she is home with her husband and their 4 beautiful children who keep her very busy! Morgan’s favorite facial that she offers is the Platinum Hydrafacial Experience because it is the ultimate relaxation experience and gives amazing results.
Julie Malone, RN
Julie is a graduate from Northwest Shoals school of nursing and has been a registered nurse since 2012. Her background is ambulatory surgery, but in 2021 she began her career at Complete Aesthetics Care. She is trained on various devices: Morpheus 8, Lumecca, Microneedling, Subnovii Plasma Pen, Vascular and Facial Lasers, and Laser hair removal. Julie is passionate about helping clients feel good about their skin and achieve a radiance that reflects their inner beauty.
Madison Hargett, LE
Madison moved to Florence at the beginning of 2023 and joined the CAC team. She has always had a passion for making others feel beautiful inside and out and loves being able to do that every day. She offers facials, event makeup and Permanent makeup. She has traveled to Dallas, Texas for Permanent Makeup training and specializes in lip blushing, powder brows, and eyeliner.
Katie Chambers
Katie received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After spending many years at home with her kids, she joined the CAC team to help keep the studio running smoothly. She loves interacting with patients and desires patients to have a welcoming, enjoyable experience.
Tess Rickman
Tess was born and raised in Muscle Shoals, Al. She joined the CAC team in April 2023 to take care of all things Social Media and marketing. She loves being around everything beauty, which makes CAC such an amazing place to work. She enjoys showing everyone life at CAC through social media.
